Last year Bathroom & Kitchen Eleven designed and supplied a bathroom and en-suite for our house, and we were so impressed with their patient and professional service, from start to finish. 1. Consultation

We invite you into the studio to meet with one of our designers for a complimentary consultation to understand more about your project.

We’ll get to know your vision, requirements and budget and you’ll also enjoy exclusive access to the space enabling you to discover our displays and explore collections at your leisure.

2. Survey

To enable us to create your design, we visit your property to conduct a technical survey of your bathroom or kitchen, identifying structural requirements and getting a feel for how it will flow with the rest of your home.

Please note, if your property is currently in construction we are happy to work from the architect’s drawings.

3. Design

Utilising the findings from your survey, your designer will explore the potential of your bathroom or kitchen and reimagine the space with realistic 3D designs.

From creating colour palettes to sourcing the finest brands, each fixture, fitting and finish will be thoughtfully curated to make your dream a reality.

4. Presentation

Your designer will invite you into the studio for your 3D design presentation. Here your new design will be revealed and when we’re on target with your budget, your designer will work closely with you to factor in any design amendments, before you give the final sign-off.

5. Installation

Once your project moves to the installation stage, we manage each detail, overseeing everything from deliveries to quality control to keep your project running smoothly and on time.

Our trusted craftsmen work in harmony with our designers to ensure each detail of your vision is placed with the ultimate precision and beyond the aesthetics of your design, we take care of the unseen aspects of installation too like insulation and plumbing.

6. Aftercare

How much does a project cost with you?

Each project investment depends on size of the room, the work required and the product choice. For example, basin taps can range from £150-£800.

Who will oversee the project?

Ben, our Managing Director, will oversee the fitting teams, with the designers checking in to ensure the fitter and client are happy throughout.

Will I be charged for a design service?

£350 inc vat for the design service deposit. This will be reimbursed against your products invoice when you have signed up the project.

Do you offer supply only?

No, we only offer our complete service to ensure the most superior levels are kept throughout the full project process.

Do you help with building works?

Yes, depending on the scale of works, we take time to understand your project during our design consultation and plan each detail accordingly.

Do you offer a turn-key service?
